covid-19 or coronavirus was declared as a global pandemic by World Health Organization so here i have some measures which will really going to help if we follow it on regular basis
1- Drink Warm Water in the morning or right before going to bed as it wil help you in digestion process, blood circulation, and clears out kidney toxins and fat deposit in the intestine through the urinary region
2-Take Chyawanprash in the morning right after drinking warm water. as its primary action is to boost your immune system, Chyawanprash is high in Vitamin C, and which help in the production of haemoglobin and white blood cells. It helps body to fight against from bacterial, viral, and fungal infections which makes this a great medicine to take this time.
3-Drink herbal tea made of ginger The antioxidants and vitamins found in herbal teas are great to fight against disease and infections. They can protect against oxidative stress and lower the risk of chronic disease
4-Drink turmeric milk twice in a day as it is Loaded With Antioxidants it has Antibacterial, Antiviral and Antifungal Properties which May Help Reduce Inflammation and Joint Pain it must intake on daily basis
5- Eat citrus fruits like oranges, grapefruits, limes and lemons as it is an excellent source of immune-boosting which is why so many people reach for these fruits during cold and flu season “Research has also shown that many of these [nutrients] can protect us against chronic conditions including cancer heart disease and may help support brain health and reduce the risk of kidney stones
6-Daily practice of yoga and meditation atleast for 30 min which will help you to increase flexibility, maintain a balanced metabolism, boosts your immune system,reduces anxiety and many more things which even medicine can’t do.
